I enjoy teaching business areas and math -- the subjects were fascinating to learn and are still a joy to explore with students. My favorite moments are "light bulb moments;" it can be frustrating to work on the same thing for a long time, but when a student looks up and finally "gets it," it doesn't matter how long it took. As a student at Kansas State University, I am currently enrolled in the Architectural Engineering degree and I am completing my last math class as of now. School already provides enough structure, and with a relaxed mind, information can be processed more easily. 1 hour sessions multiple times a week is the best way for the information to sink in.
