My main goal is teaching a student in a way that they could understand ,as we all know every child needs a different approach.With patients and delligence i will discover a way of getting the child to understand the particular subject to how it best fits them. I think educators must take into account the different ways in which students learn. For instance, I've noticed that math students may have difficulty adding and subtracting fractions, but have no trouble whatsoever when I ask about dimes and quarters.
