I like to teach as if I am one friend talking to another. I find that this is the most relaxed way to encourage learning. While a relaxed atmosphere is important, my parents (both elementary and high school teachers) showed me the importance of completing objectives. Have tutored peers and younger students starting in high school and continuing throughout my undergraduate. Fundamental understanding is what is most important.
