I've been an IT Business Analyst for 19 years and have the ability to teach the basics about Microsoft Office programs. Much of my work revolves around the ability to communicate effectively in writing or verbally. I have public speaking experience at business conferences and church events and am very comfortable talking to large groups. I prefer a collaborative teaching style which means both student and pupil participate in the learning experience.
