Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I've been told I am very good at explaining a topic that someone has no experience with at all. I am on contract with NC States Computer Training Unit.
I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.

I earned a degree in Biology, which has fully equipped me for tutoring to children who have difficulties in any subject, but especially science. By being a Biology major I was exposed to all types of seminars, scientific research, labs and other various types of learning implements that have been beneficial in my teaching practices. In the past two years I have privately tutored two children from the ages of 5 and 7. I have tutored them in every subject from reading, and math to science projects. Since I am an engineering student, I have always been interested and excelled in math and science, so I have tutored many kids in all areas of science and mathematics. I have also tutored in Spanish and French. Last year, I worked with a young man who had dyslexia. I have helped kids of all ages, whether at the elementary, high school, or collegiate level.
