My comments on tutoring Painting : I would be comfortable working with students using acrylic or tempera paint.

I have tutored a wide variety students on many subjects. I am most experienced tutoring high school students for the SAT. I worked with Let's Get Ready, a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing high school students for the SAT and their college search process. I typically tutored students for the Math section, but I am capable of tutoring for the Critical Reading and Writing sections as well. I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida from the College of Education with a BA in Elementary Education. I entered the ProTeach program during my junior year at UF. My teaching style is geared more towards each individual child. Some are auditory learners, some learn just by watching and still others require tactile stimulation in order to learn. I generally use a combination of all three focusing on the one that is strongest for each individual child. I believe with patience and understanding all children can and will learn.
