Credentialed Elementary Teacher Able to Tutor K-12

I am a credentialed elementary teacher, but have experience tutoring K-12, both in person and virtually. I began tutoring virtually starting in mid 2019 and refined my skills during the pandemic when everything became virtual. I also currently teach 3rd grade in California and participate regularly in plenty of professional development, including post graduate courses. My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : All throughout school math was my favorite subject. I also love working with kids because thats all the job experience I have. I can do math all the way up to algebra and geometry.

In American Sign Language I was raised learning English along with American Sign Language so I could speak to both of my parents. As my dad is hearing and my mother has been deaf since birth. Once my parents divorced I moved to Texas with my mother and step-dad, who is deaf as well. Being in an all deaf house American Sign Language was my only way of communcation with my parents. I am extremely fluent in Sign Language. I would also interpert for my parents if needed in multiple places and multiple situations. I am not certified but I have been around sign language longer than many interperturs have. As for typing skills, I have always been a proficent and fast typer all throught school.
