I know shotcuts in math that really help students to safe time and understand the material. I created my own theory of explaning things that is not writtern in any math book. It is easy to understand for students. The most important thing is to explain math through pictures not formulas. The formulas will be understand automatically after the student understands the picture and concept. I am very patient and ready to explain as long as it takes. Expertise with Struggling Students

I am a credentialed teacher currently working with at-risk students. I teach ALL levels of math through Algebra II, as well as computer ed. I managed our school's independent study program for 3 years, and currently help students with on-line classes (in addition to teaching in a traditional classroom.) I have also worked as a language arts enrichment instructor with K-8 students. I have tutored students in Math and Language Arts.
I love to work with individual students to find out where their confusion lies. From there, we rebuild understanding to enable them to move forward.
