My goal is to understand where each student is in their larger journey as a writer, as well as where he or she is in terms of the immediate work. The key to being a good teacher is being patient. I believe children learn best in a positive and stress-free environment. When a child does good on the work then I praise them and if they make a mistake then I explain to them the error in the homework.
