Failure is not an option!

Learning and helping others has always been a great desire of mine. I am an expert at removing the "deer in headlights" looks on faces from the first day of class. I have a concise, step by step methodology that helps students learn more efficiently. I like to apply algebra skills to real life calculations (word problems, etc.) I start with the question, "What if there were no calculators, then what?".
