Having graduated with honors from a top university, the greatest asset I offer comes from my real world teaching experience. During my tenure as a substitute I have taught at all levels, from kindergarten to middle-aged adults, in all subject areas. Even as a young person I was involved with teaching others; I first began as a teacher's aid in high school and later I served as a tutor in college. A Little Bit About Me...

I love helping children learn in a way that's fun and supportive. I strongly engage my students in the process by asking questions and balancing the different learning styles (auditory, written, verbal, physical). I can bring structure and focus to students' learning path in a compassionate and safe environment, and help them gain confidence and be successful.
I have always enjoyed helping people learn, from dancing and sailing in my youth, to English and French more recently. I enjoy teaching and working with children and feel that it is important to understand that not all students learn the same way. I feel that my college experience has taught me to discover the ways I learn and understand things.
