My teaching style is adaptive. I believe everyone has the capacity to learn. The approach to learning is what makes the difference. Being a mother, I love children and am very patient. I also know that kids have their own distinct personalities and I address each child as an individual person, with their own talents and ideas. There is nothing better than when a person's face lights up, young or old, when they "get it." Knowing you have impacted a person, potentially for the rest of their life, is a reward in and of itself. The pay that comes attached to it is the bonus.

I earned my BA in Political Science and graduated from one of the best state schools in the United States, then went to law school and graduated near the top of my class. Both degrees involved large and complex amounts of reading and writing as well as excellent study habits.
