I make a point to have fun with my students, and my teaching style relies heavily upon real world examples that my students can both relate to and enjoy. Tutoring is not just about improving grades, although that is the most obvious result. It is about allowing the student to feel the pride of success, and learn how to transfer newly learned skills in one subject to other unrelated subjects. I truly believe that every student can be successful. Sometimes the pathway to success is not always visible to the student; a competent teacher can point the way.
