"You can do it! We are going to figure this out and learn it." I am a motivator. Even at my age I can relate to even the youngest child and get them excited about learning. For me, the joys of life are found watching youngsters overcome barriers and begin to achieve.
An underlying emphasis of my career, either as a teacher, principal or superintendent, has been a focus on helping challenged students.
