A Little Bit About Me...

With a BS in Physics and a Masters in Business I greatly enjoy the challenge of academics. I have been a classroom teacher for over 6 years and have tutored students from Pre-K through college age in areas of English and math. I enjoy seeing my students excel.
I greatly enjoy teaching and developing children of all ages. I believe in a very hands on teaching style. Learning form experience is the best way to learn. Especially in visual arts, the more you dive into a medium the better versed you can become in it. I have been a dance teacher in both a private SACS accredited school and public school for a total of 20 years. I have taught all ages, as I am certified K-12. In my tenure as an electives teacher, I have been required to teach content skills in both math and reading. Most recently, I was a lead teacher for a preschool where I prepared students to enter kindergarten.
