I did my field experience teaching in Elementary and Middle schools. I have a bachelor degree in English Linguistics and a minor in teaching English as a second language. I have a very good knowledge of grammar and writing compostions and research papers. I have volunteered at various local ESL organizations. I like a jump right in style that is forthright and honest. I have a sense of humor, and will use it teaching, but only sparingly. I believe that the student's desire to learn is the biggest factor in his or her mastering information. I have a lot of experience working with students who have had terrible education experiences, who have not had support at home, who have made bad personal decisions.
