I have been in educator for over 10 years. I started teaching because of my volunteer work at the Memphis Literacy Council. I spend much of time making the student understand that it is okay to feel behind in a subject and that the student should believe in himself. This belief is built on continued practice on fundamentals that I watch them go through but only ask questions when I see them going astray. Everyone needs to learn the material for his or herself.
