I love working with students and teaching them something new. The best feeling is when someone understands a concept that they didn't before; when something "clicks" for a student, I feel as if my job as a tutor was done. As a current undergraduate chemistry and honors student at Arcadia University, I was recommended to become a tutor from several of my teachers my first year in college. I became a certified CRLA tutor and started tutoring my sophomore year of college; I've been tutoring ever since. I love teaching and planning every day activities. I had many field placements and I really liked working with children- especially one- on -one. I will fit my teaching to the client. If a student learns with visuals, I will use visuals. If a student is an aural learner, I will cater to that side. I am very flexible and take direction very well. I have taken a year or more of each language I am qualified to tutor. The languages are Italian, French, German, Spanish and Latin. I also lived in Italy for a couple of months, in the Northern region. So I have real world experience speaking the language.
