The child chooses the style. What I mean by this is that every child is different and every one of them learn differently. Teaching on a more personal level is how to aid the best results.
My experience started in my high school years helping my brother and sisters with homework while our mom was working. Presently I am employed at a day care center/ school, were everyday is spent engaged with the kids and their educational needs. I have been working with young children since 2005. I started as a pre-school teacher with ages 3-5. For the past five years I have worked as an elementary school Teacher's Assistant. It was there when I got the most of my experience in classroom management and actually how to teach all children with different learning styles. I worked with grades second, pre-K, fifth, and first.
