Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.
Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I love teaching adolescents. I think it is very fulfilling to watch a child obtain knowledge. I have a very hands-on teaching style. I like to work through all the problems and questions that the children have. I pride myself on using unique examples to explain complex problems and concepts.
