My teaching philosophy is based on how children learn. I believe that children learn in diffrent ways, and I can help them meet these needs by making modificaitons and accommodations to any subject. I also believe that children need to explore in order to gain an in depth learning experience. I also believe that social interaction, is an important element to learning. After graduating with a Masters of Arts in mathematics I taught math, computer science and natural science. After 21 years in the school system I have a deep understanding of how students learn math.
