I have worked with at-risk elementary students since 1993. I have taught Kindergarten and second grade for an inner city Catholic School, and fourth grade for West Carrollton City Schools. I also worked 8 years for a company that provided Title 1 services to non-public schools in the city of Dayton. I have worked for West Carrollton City Schools since 2006, the last six years as an Intervention Specialist for 4th grade IEP students and students in the RTI process. Classroom management is one big thing about my teaching if you don't have order in your class you not running your class its running you and that not good for teaching students. I have been a reserve teacher for the last five years in the Dayton public School system. I teacher basic education from grade k-12, but my best subject is k-3 and I am getting my certify license in early childhood education at Central State.
