I got 760 in my PSAT test I tutored my geometry teachers son and raised him from failing to a b level in 4 months. I got my CSET in History and Chemistry. I have all my crendentile classes done at CSULB. I left Long Beach before i could do my student teaching. I remember as a student, often times I could not fully understand a new subject until I learned “why”. I believe that most children (and young adults), being inquisitive in nature, need to know “why”, not just “what”, “who”, or whatever else is important to learn. “Why” makes things make sense, and allows connections to be made to related concepts.
