Michelle was a Radio City Music Hall Rockette and an Assistant Choreographer for the Radio City Rockettes. As a Rockette, Michelle has performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Today Show, the Tony Awards and many many others. As an Assistant Choreographer Michelle has taught and managed a cast of over a hundred. Other credits: Saturday Night Live, MTV Music Awards and the movie Uptown Girls.

Hate busywork? Me too! Why not make it MATTER?!

I began my teaching career even before graduating High School. I started volunteering my time with homework help and study skills at the local Boys and Girls Club when I was 16 followed by teaching Remedial English to a small group of ELL students at a partnering elementary school. During college, I continued my passion by joining an organization that teaches life and social skills to developmentally delayed young adults. After graduating from SFSU, I persued my TEFL certification which allowed me to live and teach in China for 6 months, while developing fun an innovative curriculum that allowed young students to start acquiring English skills from scratchet. I love to tutor because it gives me an opportunity to help students build their skills and to teach them that they have the ability to learn anything,they want to learn and are willing to put their mind, determination and dedication into. I strongly believe that most if not all students are capable of learning anything they truely desire to learn, if they are willing to work hard and be determined to acquire the knowledge. I believe that this is possible with a teacher or tutor that has the skills and dedication to transfer their knowledge or drive for knowledge to their students.
