A Little Bit About Me...

I reached University level in Mexico before moving to the United States. Also, I got my AA degree from Merced Community College and transfered to CSU Fresno where I got my BA degree, both in Spanish major. I have taken Beginning Algebra, Intermediate and College Algebra among many other Math related classes such as Arithmetic, Geometry, and Calculus. My teaching style is very unique. I start off by just getting to know the student and having them get to know and trust me. I then build on that trust factor while helping the students with their homework. I connect well with students and they trust me. In the end, it seems to be the best way the students I work with learn and finish their work. Learning should be fun and not boring. It should be interactive and not just book work. I had no intention of teaching when I started my career in Psychology and the Analytical Chemistry industry. I continuously tried to improve my methadology to arrive at the right mix of stimulation and information to make the learning process as interesting as possible. Teaching the Physics of Xrays and chemical analysis does challenge one to keep assessing the learned content and modify as results indicate.
