I have the exerience to do a super job tutoring.

I have 6 years working with students from grade level 5 to grade level 9,individually in classroom settings as well as in small groups outside their normal classroom. Four and on half of these years were spent in the ELL Program helping Hispanic students to incorporate their use of the English Language in their classroom academics. I have the ability to speak Spanish fluently, as well as read and write it. I also have spent four years teaching an after school class helping some struggling students with their Math, Language Arts, and Science homework.
Since I have been employed in the ELL Program, I am very comfortable working with small groups of kids and also in a one on one format.

It depends on each person what they like and want in order to find the motivation in themselves. It is satisfying to see people realize that they can achieve more than they first thought.
I have earned a bachelor of science degree in General Science, which means I have a very good understanding of many topics including: Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Computers, and Arts. Part of my previous job entailed "independent work" from the students for about 2 1/2 hours each day. During this time I would work one on one with each student. This was a good challenge because everyone was working on a different level! It was exciting.
