I am a very positive person. I enjoy seeing a student's self-confidence soar. I employ several different methods when teaching any kind of lesson.

Worked as Sub teacher's aide while living in Dickinson, ND. In the late 1990's I Tutored 4th and 8 th graders for the LEAP Test in Louisiana. This included reading, English, vocabulary and mathematics. The tutoring period lasted for 6 weeks prior to the LEAP test which was held in the spring.

Elementary Reading is one of my top subjects! I helped my nieces and nephews with reading, when they were young. I also, have naturally always been very good at reading.

I worked as a computer instructor, from September 2009-May 2009, in Los Angeles, CA. I spent 9 months teaching various adults, how to use the computer programs Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently in the final term of my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I have over eight years of experience working with children, including the past two in an elementary school, working with students K-5 with diverse background and ability levels. I have a passion for helping children discover new things, meet goals and reach their full potential.
