I have relatively open teaching style because I know that not all people learn in the same way. I try to adapt to the individuals needs based on their abilities, however on the whole I teach by showing the students what to do and then having them perform the action while answering any questions they may have. I have spent a lot of time using Microsoft Word and Excel for a number of application over the past ten years and feel I have become very proficient in using it. I have shown many of my friends and co-workers several aspects of the program that they have implemented in everyday use such as shortcuts and hot keys as well as formatting end editing tips.
