I believe there are multiple learning styles. One of my goals as a teacher is to find each students' learning style and teach to fit their needs. I believe that practice makes perfect but also that learning needs to be fun. I set the bar high for my students and do my best to help motivate them to reach a high standard. In college I was a nanny to three middle school students for two years. While being their nanny I was also their tutor in all subjects but focused on math. My junior year I studied abroad in France, I lived and breathed French. I lived with a host family, living as the French do. I even studied abroad in Morocco after that, further strengthening my French language skills.
