I have taught first grade for three years, third grade for nine years, and special education resource for twelve years. My special education experiences includes grades 1-8, inclusion, and writing web-based IEp's. I feel my calling is working with children. My experience volunteering as a youth basketball and baseball coach has showed me that a child’s ability to learn is unlimited. I also believe that children can reach their full potential when placed in the right surrounding and with the right motivation. As an inner city youth coach, I strive to make a difference in all of my kids’ lives as players and as students.
After graduated with a BS in Agriculture Economics from Alcorn State University in May 2000, I have worked as an Agricultural Statistician for the National Agricultural Statistics Service.
