After high school I achieved a BS from George Peabody College for teacher, however did not teach for money until many years later after I received my MS. My work in clinical psychology has been mostly with children, the severely mentally ill, and abuse cases. My last full time position was teaching high school material in a one room school to students who were wards of the state. I taught anger management for the local courts for eight years. I am 31, a Nashville native and recently married. In 2001, I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Social Work. In 2008, I earned a Master of Divinity by studying theology and translating ancient Greek and Hebrew. This required writing many research papers. Last year I lived in Turkey, located north of Egypt. A Little Bit About Me...

While earning my MA in English, I spent two years tutoring students in English and training/mentoring other tutors. For the last two years, I have been designing and delivering trianing curriculum. I have plans to return to Middle Tennessee State University in January 2012 to earn my PhD in Math and Science Education.
