My philosophy is one of inclusiveness in the classroom. My approach is one of teamwork, to give the students the feeling that their classmates and teacher are all working together towards a goal, their success. I believe that students need to be well-supported in their learning process but not spoon fed. Improvement is everyone's responsibility. As the leader of the class, it is my responsibility to analyse how best to teach each students, by knowing their learning styles and instructing them accordingly. A Little Bit About Me...

Having graduated with honors from a top university, the greatest asset I offer comes from my real world teaching experience. During my tenure as a substitute I have taught at all levels, from kindergarten to middle-aged adults, in all subject areas. Even as a young person I was involved with teaching others; I first began as a teacher's aid in high school and later I served as a tutor in college. This led to teaching full-time at the kindergarten level.
