Hi everyone! My name is Danielle Miyagishima and I've been tutoring math and science for pay for the last 2 years. I have done private tutoring for high school and college students. I have also been employed by NMSU's tutoring center. I have also served as a "BioCat" which is a biology catalyst. I recently received my bachelors of science degree in biology with a minor in biochemistry from New Mexico State University. I graduated with a 3.5GPA and plan to apply to pharmacy school for next fall. I got my first teaching experience as a lab instructor for undergraduate physics labs and fell in love with the profession. The best part of the experience is seeing the student grasp a concept that they felt out of reach. I enjoy coming up with inventive ways of communicating the difficult portions of math and science.
