My teaching style would be consider hands on. I feel that the best way to learn in any subject matter. I have just started to work with students in my class for some of my business classes while in school. I have notice that I have helped a lot not just understand the work, but also comprehend it in class as well. All of our staff members are highly qualified with over 100 hours of training and observations. Our staff develops a specific intervention plan during an initial session with the child. A detailed lesson plan is developed weekly to encompass each student’s strengths and weakness as they progress through the programs. The staff continuously updates and/or revises student goals as the student either masters a particular area or shows difficulty. Each staff member keeps a detailed log on each component of the program that is covered in a particular session. The session notes include the academic performance of each new task.
