A Little Bit About Me...

As I graduated number seven in my class, I was always a go-getter and an overachiever, especially within my field of study. Over the past 15 years, I have managed to earn a BA in Speech, an MA in Communications and over 10 years collective teaching experience at the high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. Presently, I teach online through a DC based company called Smarthinking.com. My area of expertise is grammar, composition, and classic literature.
My goal as a teacher is to ensure that my students hone in on their individual skills and talents. In doing this, I create an atmosphere that is most conducive to learning. This is done through proper assessment and by challenging students at different levels with supplemental assignments and texts.
