When I have "tutored" fellow colleagues and students in the past, I have learned that one must be creative in their teaching so that every person can learn in their own way. I think it's important to give all children the opportunity to advance and success that education can make a difference in their lives. I believe that using different teaching techniques will allow students to be successful in their learning. My previous experience teaching at a Charter School in Texas and teaching at a public school district in Texas. Also, I have taught in the Jackson Public School District in Jackson, MS.
