In a world where you can be anything, be yourself.

My teaching style varies by the student. If the student learns fast and is persitent, I will move at a faster state, but if the student learns at a normal or a slower pace I will move at a rate in which the child will get the most out of the tutoring experience.

My brother's former co-worker talked to me on the phone and told me that his son was having trouble in school. His son didn't understand his mathematics most of the time, so I agreed to tutor him every week. The more tutoring I gave his son, the better his grades were. In Oct. 2007, I worked for UNLV's Gear-Up as a teacher's assistant and tutor. My assignment was at Sedway Middle School in North Las Vegas, NV. A Little Bit About Me...

I have informally tutored people of various age ranges in the subjects, physics and math , for a period that ranges over about three years . I have taught younger relatives as well as helped people informally on online tutoring message boards with math and physics problems. I have also been paid to assist students in how to operate the basic commands of computational mathematical software for three years as well.
I would be glad to work with students of all ages, but I prefer to work with a student individually rather than work with students in a group. From both my experience of being an informal tutor and being tutored, I find that students general prefer this style of tutoring because the tutor can both focus and better access their student's strengths and weaknesses in the particular academic subject they are having difficulty with.
