Through my extensive coursework and research and practical application in the classroom, I found quite quickly that there are several different learning styles. It is important to create lessons that they are approachable for visual learners, auditory learners, kinesthetic learners and so forth. It is vital to get to know your students from the start and to see how they learn and operate best, hence making instruction to overall fit their needs making them perform better academically. I am responsible, highly organized, and driven. I am patient, as is necessary when teaching elementary students, and I take my work to heart. I greatly care about what I do, as hopefully all educators do.
