My comments on tutoring Grammar : I have been studying grammar since grade school.

I have been a tutor for over four years. I enjoy tutoring and teaching a variety of subjects to whoever wants to learn. Learning for the sake of learning is one of the most important things I have learned in college and that is how I apply myself to tutoring. School should not be about just memorization; it should be about learning for the sake of learning.
I tutor not for facts, but for concepts and how everything fits into the "big picture."

Students will have ideas. Those ideas will be considered valuable. Modeling and scaffolding will be used to create a foundation for learning. The success will create more motivation. Wait time will increase so students can make better responses. Constructivism will be used so the students can apply, and link the lesson to prior knowledge in a way they can retain it. .
