Over those years I have taught 1st grade for two years, and Middle School Grades 6-8 Language Arts, Reading, and Social Studies. As a certified TESL instructor, I have worked as an ESL teacher for Aston English in Weihai, China for the past 12 months. Before my time teaching abroad, I volunteered in an English learning class at Ozark Technical Community College in Springfield, Missouri. I have experience with all ages - mostly Kindergarten age through High School - with some experience teaching adults, as well. I look forward to continuing my teaching experience with you!
My ESL teaching style includes an approach called 'whole language learning', which includes reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I also implement interactive learning (i.e. conversation and dialogues, interactive websites, etc.) and learning through play/games. I always adapt my teaching methods to my students' learning styles, whether they be auditory, visual, TPR, tactile, or analytic learners.

My comments on tutoring English : I've been teaching Basic English to foreign students.

I possess a calm, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching English through fun and play.
After finishing my 1st year in college, I started tutoring both online and offline. I have been working as an ESL Teacher for Chinese at different ages.
