I am a high school graduate. I am looking at furthering my schooling in art. I love children and the honesty about them. I feel as if someone teaching or learning by someone their own age can make a big difference. I have been a student mentor for many teenagers and younger children not only through school but through Facebook. Many students come to me with questions about school, family, and just life in general. They know they can trust me to give the best advice I can. As a graduate student in Evolutionary Biology at Texas A&M University, I worked as a teaching assistant in undergraduate ecology and zoology labs. I found this experience to be very rewarding and went on to pursue a MA in Instruction.
