I love working with people and helping them. I believe in constructive discussion, using aids of whatever sort to help make points, and to pick up on a person's true learning style. Some learn from reading, some from doing, some from trial and error. Once you pick up on that you can move forward much more efficiently in terms of helping someone grasp the subject matter in question.
I've taught as an Adjust Professor for both Georgia College and State University and for Macon College. During a 29 year career in manufacturing, I performed a myriad of training classes and programs for companies like YKK, Georgia-Pacific, the Trane Company, and more. I love teaching children and adults alike. I beleive teaching should be tailored to each individual, because we are all different and learn at a different pace. I also beleive that you should make your teaching relatable to the subject if interest of the student.If a student has a passion for mussic try to use that as an avenue for your lessons,once they are engaged in something they are passionate about it would make learning even more fun.
I have earned a Master in Management and an Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing and International Business. I am also bilingual and fluently speak french. My work experience coupled with my educational background would make me a valuable tutor to any student needing my help. In the past I have conducted training courses for employees, I was also a tutor during my years in college.
