I find an interactive, Socratic teaching style in which I encourage the student to discover the answers on their own to understand why something works the way it does is a very effective approach for me rather than just lecturing, particularly for younger learners. I find it equally important for students to understand the why of what they are learning as well as the how and the what. I believe that students' multiple intelligences should be harnessed and that if students don't understand information presented initially, it is up to the teacher to find different ways of presenting the information so that the student can make it his or her own.

I have gained a very high level of education at top-ranked universities where I excelled academically. I graduated with a BBA from Emory and recently graduated with an MBA from New York University, a top-10 MBA program. I scored in the 97th percentile on the GMAT, the graduate admission exam for MBAs that tests both quant and verbal skills, including a perfect score on the writing section.
