Aside from 10 years experience in my industry I have a Bachelors degree in Business Finance and an MBA in Finance and Financial Planning. I think that it is important to find the types of learning that each student finds easiest to understand, and tailor the course so that it works well with their particular learning abilities. This can easily be done in a classroom setting as well as an individual basis. In either case, while I am teaching I think that it is important to understand the topic we are on before moving to the next one.
