I believe it is important to explain the value of a particular subject matter and give a detailed summary of what should be accomplished in the lesson. I have discovered that every students is capable of achieving greatness if someone will take the time and effort to learn their learning style. I pride myself in being able to break things down to the most basic levels if necessary in order to reach a student.
