I have a Bachelors of Science Degree. Before moving to the Memphis area I lived in Las Vegas, Nevada where I worked for the Clark County School District. I have 15 years total Graphic Design Experience. Three of the years I taught at the High School level. I taught Graphic Communications, Graphic Design I, and Graphic Design II. I am a strong believer in teaching a student how to learn. By that I mean, students not only need to know a specific subject matter but also how to aquire and use knowledge. My background is mostly in math and it is what I enjoy teaching the most. I like to use manipulatives to teach. I think students learn better if they have a "hands-on" approach.
