I am interested in tutoring because I love teaching regardless of the subject matter. My teaching style depends on the student. Some students need more visual and audio while others depend on memorization. I like to modify my style that suits their needs as a learner. I beleive in comprehension skills, memorization and learning key concepts to help them link connections.
I am currently a substitute teacher and work everyday in one of four school districts in the Rochester area. I enjoy helping and tutoring kids. I teach ESL to adults on Monday and Wednesday nights and that is very similar to tutoring. I believe tutoring is very rewarding as a teacher and for the student.

Firstly, the student must understand the problem to be solved or the skill to be acquired. Secondly, examples are required to show how to approach and solve a prolem.
