I'm currently working for Huntsville City Schools Extended Day Program. I've been working there for 3 years. In those 3 years, I also worked in the work study program, working at the Richard Showers Center's after school program. While, at the Showers Center, I was placed with an ADHD and Dyslexic student. My duties included, helping him find different ways to learn the material and I went through a series of repetitional exercises. I continued to tutor him for 1 year. I enjoy pretented not to know the work myself which allows them to help me. It helps me to see what they already know and to see how much I need to help them know.
