When I returned to the United States I began working at Sylvan Learning Center. I was responsible for running the center. After graduating with honors from Grove City College, I took a position as a writer for a large nonprofit organization in Washington, DC. While working as a professional writer, I dedicated my free time to tutoring at a center for urban kids. Learning must be fun, especially in a tutoring context.
