A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that being a coach, and mentor is the best way to teach children. I think that "hands on" training, or "on the job" training is the best way to learn. This is mostly true throughout our entire lives. Providing guidance, and answering questions rather than doing the work for them.
I have been working in a corporate environment for over 20 years, giving presentations, writing reports, and corresponding with all levels of management with success. Upon graduating with my bachelors degree in criminal justice, I earned a significant amount of education and experience needed to write research and literature papers. I am currently finishing my masters degree while completing my thesis. I have an extensive understanding of literature works and reading.
